Homelifesa uses third party couriers to attend to the delivery of products. Our ability to complete the sale is dependent on the courier’s ability to deliver parcels to your nominated address.
Homelifesa shall aim to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. By using this website, you recognise that the courier services are out of our direct control.
A fee is charged for all deliveries. You will be charged for the cost at checkout.
In the event that delivery of the order is accepted by someone else, at the delivery address, it shall be presumed that such an individual was duly authorised by yourself, to do so on your behalf and the order will be deemed to have been “delivered” to you, which will result in all risk in and ownership to the products, contained in your order, immediately transferring to you. Homelifesa shall not be responsible for any loss arising out of the unauthorised use, damage, destruction and/or theft of the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address you have provided to Homelifesa.
Upon failure to make delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. If this fails too, your order will be returned to Homelifesa, and delivery will be attempted during the next delivery in your area. An additional delivery fee may be payable.
Deliveries are strictly limited to street addresses.
The estimated maximum delivery time for an order in South Africa is 5 (five) business days.
