All returns and refund requests must be submitted to Homelifesa within 15 (fifteen) days from date of delivery.
Subject to clause 3 (where applicable) products will only be eligible for return in the following instances:
The product is in its original, intact and undamaged packaging without the seal broken in any way, including all accessories and parts sold with the product;
the product is faulty and/or damage, subject to Homelifesa having the right to first inspect the product;
the incorrect product was delivered to you; and/or
the order is incomplete and you wish to return the order.
Liquid products
Liquid products are to be secured in its original packaging and a plastic bag provided by the courier.
Homelifesa reserves the right to reject the return of a liquid product automatically where it is not secured in its original packaging and/or not presented in the plastic bag provided by the courier.
Should all the above conditions be met Homelifesa will refund the price paid by you for the products (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within ten (10) days of receiving your returned products, provided that the products have passed inspection.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Exemptions
Homelifesa will not accept any products purchased on sale and a gift voucher for refund or exchange.
How to log a return online:
Proceed to your order history and select the order that contains the item that you wish to be returned.
Select “view order.”
Tick the items that you would like to return by selecting the relevant boxes.
Select “return these products”.
Complete your return by inserting any required information and your return will be logged.
